4. RFQs & Procurement Requests

Submitting an RFQ or procurement request does not constitute a binding contract. All trade transactions are subject to separate formal agreements reviewed and signed by both parties.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Agrillion Global LLC and protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Agrillion Global LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this platform.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
